LOADING DOSE: Use 1g per 2kg of dog’s or cat’s bodyweight, twice per day, for the first 10 days.

MAINTENANCE DOSE: Use 1g per 2kg of dog’s or cat’s bodyweight, once per day for as long as clinically needed.

Age Group Recommendation Rationale
< 8 Weeks Not recommended. Immature gastrointestinal and hepatic metabolism; limited data on early cartilage-supplement metabolism and safety in neonates.
8–12 Weeks Use only under veterinary supervision. Begin at ½ label dose in large-breed puppies predisposed to developmental orthopedic disease (DOD). Early introduction may be beneficial in selected cases (e.g., hip-dysplasia-prone breeds), but data on ESM and ASU absorption in young neonates are limited.
≥ 12 Weeks (3 Months) Safe for general use as per label. All included ingredients have demonstrated safety in post-weaning juveniles; omega-3s and collagen peptides support growth-phase cartilage maturation.
