Tearfocus eye drops is a hypo-osmolar ocular surface modulator containing 20 % chondroitin sulfate.

Ocular surface modulator with the capability to interact with ocular surface components, promoting homeostasis and modulating the inflammatory process.
Involved in numerous aspects of cell adhesion, cell migration, axonal guidance, and wound healing.
Possesses anti-inflammatory and immunomodulating properties.
Has an affinity for the anterior corneal surface and given its viscosity and Newtonian nature minimizes the transmission of shear forces onto the corneal epithelial surface.
Chondroitin sulfate plays an influential role in pluripotent stem cell biology.
Product viscosity ensures long corneal contact time.

Quantitative keratoconjunctivitis sicca.
Qualitative tear film deficiency.
Adjunctive treatment for ulcerative keratitis.
Protection of cornea during surgical procedures.
Exposure keratitis secondary to conformational defects for example macro- blepharon.

Apply 1 drop as needed depending on severity of symptoms, on average 2 – 4 times daily.
